A LITTLE ABOUT TERRI
Terri Couser is a child of God, mother, entrepreneur, coach, and professional who holds two degrees from Villanova University. She’s also a Board-Certified Credit Consultant, Certified Credit Score Consultant & Certified Life Coach.
She previously worked for Trans Union where she literally updated thousands of credit profiles from individuals across the nation. Her credit bureau experience led her to invest in real estate, and help others do the same. She worked as a consultant to assist her clients with buying, and selling homes in addition to tenant screenings, lease negotiations, property management, and zoning.
Terri’s Wealth Building Ministry focuses on education, empowerment & exposure with generational wealth and LEGACY as the goal.
Teaching our youth is also important! Terri has participated in many events focusing on our younger folks including partnering with Philadelphia Education Fund, Year Up, and Universal Transformational Leadership Institute for panel discussions, guest speaking, and career days.
Terri is now using all her knowledge, skills, and experience to educate the masses about leveraging their personal and business credit to build wealth, strategic goal planning, and financial freedom. She’s grown her company to a national brand, and has partnered with international influencers such as Rebuild with Eric Thomas and Make Real Estate Real with Jemal King the “9 to 5 Millionaire”. Terri started her YouTube channel during covid19 as a FREE resource for the community in 2020. Her channel has grown to millions of views internationally since its launch.
In 2021, she also launched her online course, Credit Leverage Lifestyle, and Elite 10 Group Coaching for entrepreneurs. “The Winner’s Circle” community, that’s an added resources for those in these programs, has helped people all across the USA buy homes, invest in real estate, start a business, secure millions in funding, and MORE!
In 2023, Terri became one of the hosts for Major Impact, on network television for The CONNECT Network on The CW. The show, which airs every Saturday morning at 11:30am EST on DCW channel 50, focuses on helping women entrepreneurs with finances, investing, money management, and real estate.
